Black Gate Partners represents the evolution of a shared sense of friendship, community, and partnership in founders, Kevin James, Micha Bitton, and Tim Maly. The company is loosely rooted in Kevin and Micha’s sixth-grade elementary class where their lifelong friendship started. Out of that friendship, through the twists and turns of their early careers and following independent and unique accomplishments across the country, Micha ended up back in the Midwest to join Kevin at the helm of a flourishing retail-focused brokerage business he started in 1999. Thus began the inevitable partnership and with the addition of Tim in early 2012, a deeply rooted friendship evolved into a passion filled and purposeful team whose hard work and drive led to the creation of Black Gate Partners.
